Have you missed me?

Hello, again!

It's me...Lucas! I know it's been a hot minute since we all talked last. I've been busy getting to know my foster sisters, my foster mommy and my foster daddy. It's been quite a ride, let me tell you.

I'm doing great at the house. I potty outside, I love my toys and the cat still makes me curious, but I just let her do her own thing. She runs the house in my opinion. I love the youngest girl Pixie Bobo. I want to be her boyfriend. Can you tell?

I'm still looking for my forever home. I love my foster mommy and daddy, but I want them to keep fighting the good fight by helping other unfortunate dogs...like I was at one time.

I'm still curious when it comes to dudes, I'm not even close to being aggressive, I might just start out talking to you from a distance...but I'll warm up to you quickly. Now the ladies...bring it on! I love me some ladies. Again, see above picture. I'm loyal, sweet and a total snuggle-bunny. I think we have a pic of that, too.

I'm fully vetted and will make the best companion. I promise you. I just need a great home. A home that will play with me, give me lots of love and keep me safe. The adoption fee is $250.00, which goes to The Dog House Humane Group, they do so much to help all of my friends. Remember, I'm fixed, updated on shots, so I'm good to go, yo! My foster daddy will want to do a home visit to make sure I'm safe...you can dig it, right?

Contact Nick (my foster daddy) if you have any questions: nick.bankhead@gmail.com

Please, please, please share this post with anyone you might think could give me a wonderful forever home. Spreading the word is important. Thanks! I'll post again soon.

I look forward to meeting you.

Lucas.

Hi! I'm Lucas.

Hi, everyone. My name is Lucas...that's my foster dad standing behind me, but don't mind him; this blog is all about me...your boy Lucas.

I was found wandering the streets of North Chicago skinny and alone. It sure was "ruff." Ha! See what I did there.

Anyway, I found my way to North Chicago Animal Control where I was given shelter and food, but still...I wasn't happy. That's when I met my foster parents Nick and Jodie. They brought me to their home in Milwaukee and I'm currently the 'happiest pitty in all the city.'

I now have three older sisters, a couch, a yard, a bed, food, hugs, kisses, toys, all at my disposal. I can't tell you how excited I am to finally be livin' the good life.

I'm on the lookout for my new home. My "fur"ever home, if you will. My foster mommy and daddy totally want to keep me, but they already have three awesome girls, also, I want them to continue fostering dogs that were once like me. So, on that note...

I'm a super lovable blue pitt bull (due to some stupid laws, I can also be a boxer/terrier mix...nudge-nudge...ya' get what I'm sayin')...

Anyway, I'm great with other dogs, and though they are the strangest looking things to me, I like cats, too. I'm about a year old and fully vetted. I'm cool with all people...especially the females. I mean, c'mon, look at me. I can be a little timid around dudes, but I'll warm up to you soon enough. Just give me some time, that's all I ask.

I'll be ready for adoption in two weeks. I need to go to a loving home where I'll get lots of attention and play time. I have a $250.00 adoption fee (a fee that continues to support The Dog House Humane Group). Before you can get your paws on me,  I'm going to send someone I trust to do a home visit. My foster parents are super protective over me. If you are approved to become my new family and live outside the Milwaukee region, my foster daddy said he could help arrange transport.

This blog will stay updated until I find my forever home. Please feel free to share this blog with anyone you think might give me a good, loving home. Here are a few more pics of me...see you soon, friends.
